If you have been following my stories in the last 3 months or so, many would have realized that my life had a slight change. Ok maybe more then slight. Thanks to Ketones reaching the singapore shore!

I was on the verge of a mental break down and I was not sleeping well. As a result, I was tired all the time and feeling crap about myself as a person. That not only affected me but also people around me. But I attributed that to being in the hactic Singapore culture.

So what changed?

I’m so glad and thank God for friends who supported me and tried to help. But one thing did help! And it come in a pretty pink packet. And a puff of fine powder.

I saw my office wife (Silver Ang, check her out here) getting more energy and looking better, and I wanted what she was drinking. First of all, I was super skeptical but after a lot of research, she gave me a sample pack and we took the plunge. Here is a quick link to my first taste of Ketones

Much as I liked the taste as well as the immediate feeling, I never said anything about it until I know it works for me plus, I was not sure if it was avaliavle in Singapore yet since it is a US product. Above all, I needed to be very sure it was not a placebo effect. And all I can say is, Ketones changed my life!

And it did..

Now i don’t look back. I’m living life to my fullest potential, I am doing things I never thought I could. Above all, I am now helping others like how my partner helped me. Who knew that I would do IG live and people actually watch?! Who knew that so many people want to know more about ketones?

Then all these stories of how people getting better mood, better focus, better sleep, and better energy, how those fats are slowly but surely melting off, and most importantly, people living their better life getting healthier with the help of exogenous ketones and a slight lifestyle change! All these stories keep me going!

I wanted to inspire you to know that you will not be on this ALONE, but you guys and gals ended up inspiring me! Thank you for those stories! I celebrate and cried with you.. Yes I am an emotional being!

Back in Singapore after one crazy week in Taiwan and Hong Kong. But no one I’d rather spend it with working and going crazy with Silver!

I love that we are trying to make the world a better place and I am doing it with such a crazy driven and awesomeeeeeee person.

You are the sister I never had and you constantly push me to be a better version of myself. I have no idea how you make me do things I never thought I was capable of! It’s like you see the full potential of me that I don’t see.

But I am so excited to be on this journey together! I don’t know where and how I am gonna do this but I am liking the spontaneity I am getting back!
